Retail & Wholesale Order Verification Policy

Once a retail or wholesale order is delivered, it is incumbent upon the receiver to review and verify that everything in their order is correct and accurately meets what was originally ordered. If there happens to be anything incorrect with your order, please reach out to us at info@qualified-apparel.com immediately so we can make it right for you.

If it's been 15 days since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements as we have to account for donations made and other business expenses related to your order. We will however work to make it right and come up with a great solution that benefits both parties.
