Retail & Wholesale Order Verification Policy

Once a retail or wholesale order is delivered, it is incumbent upon the receiver to review and verify that everything in their order is correct, that all pieces were received free of damages or defects, and accurately meets what was originally purchased. Once 15 days have elapsed since your order was marked as delivered, we unfortunately will not be able to offer refunds or replacements as we have to account for donations made and other business expenses related to your order. We will however work to make it right and come up with a great and reasonable solution that benefits both parties.
